sonic scope

Sonic Scope is an annual transdisciplinary festival with a special emphasis on promoting improvised music, experimental electronica and contemporary approaches on video.
The festival was created by Nuno Moita and João Vicente in September 2001. André Gonçalves joined the organization crew the year after. The Grain of Sound label has been programming the festival since 2002.

O Sonic Scope é um festival transdisciplinar com um enfoque especial na promoção de música improvisada, electrónica experimental e de trabalhos contemporâneos em vídeo.
O festival foi criado por Nuno Moita e João Vicente em Setembro de 2001. André Gonçalves juntou-se à equipa organizativa no ano seguinte. A editora Grain of Sound tem vindo a programar o festival desde o ano de 2002.
